Bart McLeroy (Texas Real Estate Broker, Property Tax Consultant)
Bart McLeroy is a Texas Real Estate Broker, a Texas Property Tax Consultant, and a Washington Managing Real Estate Broker. His 25 years of experience in real estate has included property management, commercial / corporate real estate services, sales, leasing, portfolio valuation and dispositions, and strategic consulting. He has worked on transactions throughout most of the United States and in several countries.
Since 2018, Bart has served as Professor of Real Estate at Collin College in Frisco, Texas, teaching pre-licensing and continuing education courses. Prior to that, he was an adjunct professor at Tarrant County College for 11 years. Bart holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Illinois, a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a Master of Business Administration degree in Logistics Management & Consulting from the University of Applied Sciences in Ludwigshafen, Germany.
